Annulment Advocacy Are you looking to get an annulment? This investigative process is not simply a legal one. For the Petitioner and Respondent, the honest examination of the breakdown in the marriage can also be a source of healing and reconciliation. Sr. Angela, an Archdiocesan Annulment Advocate, is available to journey with you through this process. Contact: 410-592-7071.
Bereavement Ministry For those who have suffered the loss of a loved one, Sister Angela is available to journey with you. Life After Loss offers a healing process in small group gatherings. For more information or to register, please contact the Parish office at 410-592-7071 or email Sr. Angela at [email protected]

Ladies of Charity The St. Stephen Ladies of Charity was formed in October 1973. The mission is to experience Jesus Christ in the service of those who are poor. Our Motto is “To serve rather than to be served, in humility, simplicity and charity.” We discern and dispense donations from the poor box to local and more distant charities; minister to the homebound through phone calls and monthly letters; assist at Baptisms and provide Baptismal bibs, have a three year baptism follow up program; serve at various receptions, Thanksgiving, farewells, etc. as needed; donate casseroles monthly to Our Daily Bread; and many individual services to the poor. We are here to serve the Parish as needed.
The Ladies welcome new members at any time! Any amount of time you can participate is appreciated! We meet every other month from September to May on the third Wednesday of the month at 1 pm in The Holy Spirit Conference Room. Working and cannot attend meetings? No problem, minutes will be emailed to you. For more information: Linda Armour 443-386-1150.
Pastoral Care Committee **
Pastorate Planning Committee The Pastorate Planning Committee is made up of parish leaders from Holy Spirit and St. Stephen. They serve as an advisory board to the pastor and assist in driving forward the mission of The Church and our Pastorate as we work together to evangelize; spreading the Good News to bring others to Christ and to grow as a community.
Prayer Team A dedicated group of volunteers who attend a variety of prayer opportunities within the pastorate. Primarily, members of our prayer team sign up for 30-minute windows to be present during adoration on Wednesdays (as they are able) so the Blessed Sacrament is not left unaccompanied.
